Final Front Cover

Our front cover we used a picture of the all front on off all of our band again with the lead singer in the middle. The brick background corresponds with the image we use on the inside of the digi pack. We liked the fact you cant really see there features as this is one of the reasons people would want to watch their music video, it adds a sense of mystery to the cover. The name of our band being in bold and on a white background as it stands our and this takes most of your attention which is what we wanted. We like this as our band is not about image it is about their music.

Back Cover

We used a back cover to display our song names on that was simple but effective. We didn't want to have everything completely in black and white so we decided to inject some colour onto this one. The main part where the colour comes through is on the arm of the man, this is an outline of our actual guitarist and he had a tattoo on his arm. When we saw the tattoo this is what immediately striked us and we thought we could use it for something, and this is the most appropriate place it came through. We kept the song names in a simple text but that has sharp edging so represents the harshness of our bands sound, but in a soft colour to represent the nature behind the song. You can faintly see the bricks in the background which corresponds with the picture we chose to use in our digi pack.

Inside Cover

This is the final image we are going to use for the inside cover of our Digi Pack. This picture has been edited on photo shop and cropped to fit the size of the Album.
We used this image as it shows them all together so represents them as a group, we liked that we had the lead singer at the front of the picture to show his importance and all the guys are injecting a bit of their personality by their costume and there facial expressions. We chose to put it in black and white and change the contrast slightly so it matched the rest of the digi pack. Also the brick wall in the background matches the effect we made for our front cover. This will be editing slightly to add on the production companies name before we finish.

CD Design

The new skull image that we chose works much better for the CD cover too as it isn't pixilated at all and as we made it, it fits perfectly. It goes along with the dark image of the band and has a sense of mystery which I like about it.
The colours are simple yet fitting, by having a grey background it stands out from the background on this page of the digi pack and doesn't make the page look too dark. It also contracts with the page next to it which has a black and white picture on, so the colours all tie together nicely.
This is our final CD Design!

New Skull Image

Here is the new skull that is much easier to use and I think more quirky. Here it is in white on black, the the image on the right I inverted to make it look totally different.
Bellow is the white one. These are all useful and I decided to make all 3 so it takes up less time when I need them in a different colour.
